    really?

Or is it a figure banded about in the press / on here.

Even if the club stated it, it could be a max depending on apps / goals

    Foreigners Get Loved At Oakwell

We get rid of Ferenczi, Christensen and Mosstto, with all three getting wished the best, not given a chance etc. On the otherhand you have the British strikers like Marc Richards, Tommy Wright etc who leave and people are over the moon about it.

Ferenczi, Mossto and Christiansen had further to travel, that's why we like to wish them bon voyage. :)

RE: According to the Star today it was £200k

When he first signed, it was reported on the official website that the fee was in excess of £400000.

Or is it a case of 'he's expensive when we sign him' ......

........ cos that makes us look like we have pushed the boat out, but he wasn't expensive when we let him go for peanuts cos he's been *****/not had a chance?

that's what we were led to believe. biggest signing since Sheron or sumat (probably not Sheron, but i can't remember the name...)

Probably a bit of spin when we signed him

no doubt he was 200k plus, maybe we would have paid more following 10/20 goals / 40 apps or summat.

    Deja Vu
We all went through the how much did we waste debate when Christensen left us in the summer. Simple answer too much.
When we signed the 3 strikers 18months ago the offical ***** reported the fee as Mostto £400k, Christensen £300k and K.O £200K
Seen as between them they have yet to hit double figures for us a complete waste of money...

With wages on the top, we have spent a couple of million that would have been better used elsewhere.

The club is full of liars mate ...............

......... they say whatever they feel will impress when they sign players, then go into 'damage limitation' mode when we let 'em go for **** all.

The facts are simple though, we have wasted a **** load of cash on Odejayi, Mostto and Christiensen - end of story
