Totally agree. ( for those reading I’ve known this person for nigh on 40 yrs and know he would never have got involved in such behaviour having been to away games with him on occasion ) As most of us are probably aware several of our fans ( not known for any troublemaking) got arrested and banned (after being ambushed/attacked) for defending themselves on their way back to the train station in Huddersfield. This in no way means I defend most of the knobheads that justifiably deserve what’s thrown at em.
I'd consider deleting your comments ST. They've been noticed on Twitter by people you don't really want to be on the wrong side of. Just be careful.
Absolutely not fella - it was aimed at all the bairning and outrage from various contributors; I've got better things to do than fall out with fellow reds fans on a personal level on an internet message board. The whole thread just struck me as an extreme example of "someone has a different opinion to me, therefore they are wrong and should be banned" - it's a pet hate of mine. I certainly wasn't suggesting you were bragging about a past so apologies if it read that way, it wasn't my intention.
Thanks for that. I haven't been posting long but have been a long time reader of this site and the reason I joined was to enter into friendly debate and banter with fellow fans. We can all agree to disagree without falling out surely. After all we have the same common denominator. COYR!!!
My motto is to read what I've written 2 or 3 times to see how it can be interpreted by others. B4 posting. If not sure don't post. Think we all may have fell into that trap on occasion . Having apologised a couple of times myself.
