Never said there were 14 months in a year - I said I spend 9 months in the US and 5 months in the UK. So I'm not allowed to have a say for a country I still pay taxes in and contribute to despite spending time abroad?

The economy is estimated to be 8-10% smaller than it might have been due to austerity. I'd say that the case for borrowing for investment is stringer than ever before.
