Yes he did. He looked like someone who was playing his first game as a forward against a team that is a favourite to be promoted.... which is exactly what he was.
It's a bizarre decision I have to say, particularly when he is so out of form. All I can assume is that he must be banging them in in training.

I'm not sure. It suited Val's style of play because it enabled us to completely dominate but it still didn't really suite quite a few of the players individually. This season though, because of the transfer window it basically suits none of them. Why we pay like it I've no idea.
II think Val's tactics could have worked just as well with a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, I just don't understand why both Schopp and Asbaghi were/are playing a system they never have previously, unless it suits the players.
