I'm anti hunting And fail to see what pleasure and excitement can be gained from slaughtering an animal for fun. Just my opinion.
What has vegetarianism got to do with anything?
I eat meat, but I believe (Like Kev just said) that hunting animals is wrong, especially when it is simply for fun/sport
I understand that foxes can be a very big problem for farming communities, but there's better ways of dealing with the issue than chasing them with a pack of dogs. It's terribly cruel and unnecessary

RE: I'm anti hunting Spot on, I've never seen it either.
I live in an area that traditionally is pretty pro-hunting, but I also used to live in an area that had a lot of wild animals near my house, and I loved that when I was little. We used to get all sorts in the garden and I used to love watching them/feeding them etc when I was a kid.

To be honest, i'm not a fox hunting fan but to think that a few toffs on horss are higher up on the governments to do list than the NHS, Education etc beggars belief.
RE: They succumbed to pressure from those who demand the right to hurt animals for fun. is that only your opinion or do you have proof of financial inducements? If you have no proof the say its your opinion .
I got a reply From Michael Clapham, saying he had already signed the motion. Why people get pleasure out of killing animals, often accompanied by barbaric physical and mental torture, is beyond me. And no I'm not a vegetarian.
RE: They succumbed to pressure from those who demand the right to hurt animals for fun.
I think the phrase "I don't doubt" makes it clear that it's my opinion and "inducements" and leverage aren't the same thing.
