Jobs a good un. Possibly the best I've ever had. That's the slightly worrying part.

I'm just getting use to the flexibility of the job. It's a bit strange after spending years tied down by time tables. I have to sign in and out the training centre but that's so they know who's on site in case of fire. I only have to be in centre on Wednesdays when I have a teaching commitment. I look after 36 apprentices in Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield so I'm on the road a fair bit.

I'm fine apart from a sore throat from Anfield.

Watching Tele. I think Coronation Street was on, or had just finished.

Watching it. Stayed up just to see it.

My daughter shouted it up to me in the morning.

At work. A colleague came round and said a plane had hit the WTC. I thought it was an accident like the Empire State in 1948.

    At Anfield!

Only remember the last 3 as well...

Where were you when we heard the tragic news about Di?
Lying on my bed and listening to Blur's "Parklife". I don't know why I still remember it so well, as I didn't find the news so shocking, and certainly didn't expect that it would still be in the headlines 10 years later. :)

Where were you when the first plane hit the tower?
I was probably still on my way back home from work when the first plane hit the tower... I turned on the tv as soon as I got home to read the news like I always did, and the special news report about the incident started about 2 minutes later. Just moments later the second plane hit the tower...

Where were you when Brian Howard scored?
I was jumping and shouting and swearing at the useless referee in front of my PC, I almost missed the goal because I was so mad and just couldn't believe it when the ball went in. :D

Where were you when JFK was shot?

I was just a mere twinkle in my fathers eye. Wasn't born until 1986.

Where were you when Armstrong stepped onto the moon?

    See above.

Where were you when we heard the tragic news about Di?

I was going swimming. I remember it well, it was a misty Sunday morning. I was shocked.

Where were you when the first plane hit the tower?

At school. I was again shocked when I got home.

Where were you when Brian Howard scored?

    Row 33, seat 34.

    "Come on, blow the whistle!"

"Penalty, it's got to be! Cheating fecker, it's Man United all over again...I can't believe that!!!"

"Go on Bri, go on....YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! PULL THAT OUT!!! feckING GET IN THERE!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!"
