He’s been excellent for us especially the last 2 home games but even in his first home game him & Bradshaw were causing Fulham loads of problems before Cavare got sent off & Bradshaw was subbed.

I love him, the problem is he’s sometimes too isolated for someone else to get on the end of the headers he wins. It’s a tough job been a lone striker

The lad will end up a Fans favourite.

He's very little experience in the football league scored 13 goals in half a season in league below and come into a disrupted side struggling in the championship. JESUS GIVE THE LAD SOME SLACK yes in a relegation fight everything gets analysed but for me he is doing brilliantly there isn't another player like him in the league and he's ours. He is getting better and better imagine if we strengthen our midfield next year and play 4-4-2 with someone at the side of him he's a defenders nightmare! After a slow start he's now chipping in with the odd goal and assists long many it continue. If you understand football naturally playing up on your own inevitably your gonna lose the ball more as you tend not to have many options it happens at ever level of football with this formation. Im going to enjoy watching his development in a Reds shirt and think he'll turn out a top player!

I think his hold up play is brilliant, the ball sticks to his boots at times. He obviously wins most of the high balls to him, scores a few himself, he's two footed and has surprising pace for such a big bloke. He also gives his shirts to young lads in the Ponty.

Best "old-fashioned" centre forward since Neil Shipperley. Edges it over Chris O'Grady for me.

He's the best player we've got at both ends of the field .

I really rate him. Is work rate is second to none. Without knowing too much about him when we signed him, other than his height, I just assumed he'd be some tall clumsy lummox, but someone to aim crosses at. I was wrong. The lad can play, wins headers, competes for everything and is brilliant with the ball at his feet too.
I wouldn't even judge him on how many he scores personally as he is also very unselfish and has finally made us a threat in the opposition's half.
All I will say is, let him give the bleep test machine some hockey in the close season and get his fitness levels up to be a 90 minute warrior next season.

Suppose it’s a game of opinions but I thought he was ok but not the stand out player yesterday. Not a criticism just an observation based on the MOTM award and comments in this thread. Think he works hard and is getting better though. It’s only about 2 games since the concensus was he was a lemon and now he’s the messiah. He’s somewhere inbetween for me.

Totally agree with this. For me, the criticism the lads's received since he joined has been way over the top. Comparisons with John Pearson? Give over! Moore is improving all the time, too, as he adjusts to the Championship and, in my opinion, is a huge player for the team now.

He was excellent yesterday. He made umpteen clearances too from corners. What we have been lacking all season.

He wins most headers, but 80% of the time they go straight to the opposition, there is no one close enough to pick them up. Sometimes he can pick out a player behind him, and I don't doubt his commitment, but the ball so often goes forward from his head to one of the opposition defenders.
