    Actually Cryne hasn't been on trial as his solicitor in the article points out. There was an iSoft accountant banned from practicing for 8 yrs a few years ago , it related to the company accounts but I'm not sure wether it was to do with the info given to Robson Rhodes or the contracts issue . I think the line in the article that is close to libel is 'Manchester-based iSoft floated in 2000, six years after Cryne and Graham had helped spin the healthcare IT business out of KPMG'

    You'll know then that a lot of civil cases are won not by the best paid suit but the best prepared.

    I've seen more than one 'average joe' ruin the career of a highly paid legal representative.
