    So in conclusion

When he's played we've won some games, drawn some games and lost some games whilst scoring some goals and also conceding some......yep you are right, those stats speak for themselves!
I wonder if any other players can boast such a record?!

Would anybody care to go through mullers stats this season and present them in a better light?

Because it appears he's conceded loads, played in a lot of defeats etc.

Same with moore and souza and foster and devaney etc

    Simon Davey too.....

was on Radio Sheffield saying 2 points from every game now on would be good.

    Statistically speaking

That's approximately 1.67 men that paul.d has to get mathematical on.

    mostly...................

I refrain from subjective comments on the stats-its best to "let them speak for themselves"!

They don't seem to be saying a lot in this instance.

    indeed...........................

it doesn't make much sense to focus on one player-the interactions between the eleven are far to complex to analyse in that way

    Complex analysis ?

    I don't think that's rothreds strong point.

    Statistics Shhhtatistics.

"11 league points won out of possible 30 (although realistically 6 of them were won after he had been subbed & 4 before he came on) "

Means absolutely nothing. Barnsley FCs overall win tally is 11 out of 33. Which makes all the team as bad or worse that El Mounir by your reckoning.

I know that. Its easy to make stats play any tune you want

I'm not sure why this little thread has rattled so many cages, I thought I was just stating the blindingly obvious
