Fatha brought me to some matches when I was a toddler but only truly converted after the Arsenal league cup game in '95(?) when we got battered 3-0.

    RE: Sheffield Wednesday

First three games I ever attended were Wednesday games at Hillsborough (only cos wanted to see the teams they were playing).

Then went to Oakwell, watched them Vs Stoke in the Cup replay and became hooked straight away........ Used to have my regular 'pog on the Ponty wall behind the goal.

Always been a BFC fan but also used to enjoy watching the great Liverpool sides in the 70's and 80's on the TV. It seemed they were the only team that used to be on due to their dominance in Europe.

but I have a strange affinity with Stranraer,
I even went to see them play, their ground was not as good as Worsbro Bridge.
Its in the middle of a park
