It’s really hard to understand what you are saying so sorry if I miss some points. The bottom line for me is I don’t really give two figs for money so long as I’m not destitute, I’m as stubborn as a mule and I have a really strong sense of right and wrong, bordering on an obsession really. If someone breaks a law they’re going to court and the more they tried to bully me out of it the more determined I would be.

 

Youve never been in a position where your scared for your life. Dont know if it wa you or someone else who said they wouldnt take a million. Its a nasty world some will never see it theyve been lucky, money talks and it makes the world bent.my point is barton would av been remanded if there were any evidence of him beating his wife cos of the stendal incident, he'll walk frm both.

I take your point about witness intimidation but sometimes the best way to counter it is to get the bullies jailed.

 

You have no idea about what I have faced in my life. I know myself and I’m telling you for an absolute fact that I would. There’s only one way to stop nobheads like that and it’s not taking hush money and letting them get away with it.


I won’t name names but it was in the news so it’s not a secret. The dad of a girl in my one of my classes was kidnapped whilst visiting family in Pakistan and was held hostage for a month and a ransom was demanded from his family of buffalo (they eventually paid £15000). He came back to England but the law there said the kidnappers could only be held accountable if he physically attended the trial so he had to go back. On the day of the trial, it was postponed and someone knocked on the door where he was staying and when he answered he was shot in the head and killed so he couldn’t testify. He knew the danger but he went anyway because he wouldn’t let them get away with it. It’s a horrible story with tragic consequences but it shows you that people can put morals above all else and not their own safety. It may not always be the sensible thing to do but people do it out of a strong sense of justice.

 

A no but daniels in a different country na, who knows wat went on said, unless daniel wants to keep thinking about this decent journey to court, dont no how bad his injuries were thats wat these top lawers do drag it on daniels brief he'll tell him roughly wat he'll get. Most cases wi people wi money get settled out of court because it costs cps that much money for trials they try sorting it so both partys are happy especially if its not a nailed on guilty which might end up a 6 week trial.mi sister knows wat she was talking about.
