Hehe! I had the lozenges to start off with. Revolting at first, but then all of a sudden they become quite tasty. Eventually, I went cold turkey, once I realised that I was replacing one nicotine for another.</p>

Have you got any help from your local doctors? What really helped me was the weekly visit to the nurse to have my lungs checked and to talk about how I was coping. It was an incentive that really encouraged me.</p>

I will try to find the quit website for you. That helped too as it's full of other people in the same position.
