I like him I just don't rate him. I don't like characters like Frimpong & Shea.

I can't fault big Jean's effort & would love him to be a success but I just don't see it. I hope he proves me wrong but he needs to get some consistency first.

It was only 4 matches ago he should've been sent off against Yeovil & 2 matches ago he was ****ing up for the Grigg goal at MK Dons. Some have even been saying he should've got sent off last night (yellow for me).

Everytime I see him it's the same, does 8 things out of 10 really really well and at times you can't get past him. But the other 2 things out of 10 are laughable and he costs goals and gives away daft free-kicks!! In this league we get away with it a bit more! He can't play any higher though!

 

An almost perfect analysis of Jean's strengths and weaknesses. You have to work out whether the 80/20 balance is ok. All players make mistakes I have no problem with that but BFJs are usually ones where any decent player would score from or should cost us dear. Thankfully most forwards we play against arent decent but when they are like Grigg its in the back of the net.
