    Nope.

Which is probably the root of the problem.

    RE: BFC

That would be a decision for the likes of Rowing to make I would suppose - that attitude's hardly customer focussed is it ?

But if they own the book then how can i claim on my home contents insurance?

For losing THEIR property when it wasn't in my home at the time.

If they are claiming that they own the booklet then they have no right to make me claim on my contents insurance to replace their receipt.

    Look in your ST t&c's

I haven't looked in many a year but it says that the ticket remains the property of BFC - or it used to.</p>

All you'd have to do to claim is get a receipt from the club for the cost of replacement. The 'book' itself is just the way to get into the ground, you've actually paid &pound;300 or whatever for admission to the games.

    surely

if the £300 is for the seat for a year and the book is merely one of many forms of proof that we all have then the book is worth just a few quid and that is all any claim would be worth. Put it this way if it got lost in the post in july after ordering from the club the post office would not stump up £300 to replace it

There are so many photographs that perfectly illustrate your inner most desires, but are inappropriate for the BBS.

The PO policy is not BFC's responsibility

has someone been charged full to replace a lost ST book or are we entering the realms of 'what if' ?

We're entering the realms of an official statement announced by barnsley fc

    stating what the policy is

Well it might just be to scare a few people into being a bit more careful.

Because if that is the adopted policy it contradicts common sense and the T&amp;C's imho.

I have always had the utmost faith in your abilities. You are the master, I am merely the pupil.

Well I'm beginning to wonder if they came and confiscated R.Tiverton while we weren't looking. After all he hasn't been since 4.35 ish on Saturday afternoon and he did shout at Blackwell and call him a deedar.

Can small monkeys be confiscated ?
