    Couple of things that caught my eye.....

    Gay Friendly :eek: (something you aint telling us?)

    Small pets - free :pff (Never seen an offer like that before, how will you get it home, and more importantly, what kind of pet is on offer)

    Windows that open (Y) (Now this is the best feature of all.)
