We all know he didn't. That's why he was coach not manager. He did have input into signings though and I'm pretty sure he played the style he wanted. There's valid reasons for wanting a coach not a manager as have been listed elsewhere. We do need to get back to a system where replacements are, wherever possible, in the club 12 months before they are fully needed.
Or alternatively that he’s perturbed by the new CEO/DoF split and how it’ll impact on the manager/coach’s role going forward.
