My mate's a helicopter pilot

The best book I've ever read I would say .... is about a helicopter pilot and his exploits in the Vietnam War
it's called Chicken Hawk wrote by Robert Mason ....(£3.50 on amazon I've just checked lol ) if you fancy a read .....
The first chapter is more or less about the author how he became a pilot and the abbreviations on the control panel and how to fly the bloody thing....get through that and I kid you not you'll feel like your sat at the side of him at times....captured my imagination and couldn't put the book down
