    Well,

    I'm not happy that everyone seems to think we should know everything that goes on at the Club. Sometimes it is good to know that we are after players but I would rather not keep hearing we are after ????, but we have signed X.

    We are fans and we pay to watch, that does not give us the right to tell those in charge how to run the club.

    I think things will change and do think 1 or 2 more players would help but not if they think they are so much better than the rest of the team.

    your a fan like rest of us and your problem there is with the fans. I mean do you have a problem with players, tatics, management etc ?

    the only management I know about is taking my medication on time or getting into trouble from my parents/doctors!:pff

    I do know that if you talk nicely to someone and ask them to do something you have more chance of it being done than if you shout and tell them to do it.
    However you do need to let people know that if you have to tell them after asking then you will and they will know about it.

    I will say this over and over, I have met most of the players, Mr Ritchie, Mr Holden and Mr Shepherd and they all seem nice, decent people who are trying to get on with their jobs.
    My only worry is that we seem to be doing everything we should but not getting the right results while other teams seem to do the opposite. I still think that we can sort this out without having to go mad.

    You asked me a question know I will ask you one,
    We are only a small bunch of fans on here around 1000 at the most (I think) so

    How would you like it if 1000 people kept on and on about how you do your job and criticise that you don't know what you're doing and be sacked because it's not what they would do?

    I would be more bothered if it was my boss not liking my work. Rather than the customers that pay my wages. However if after starting my job well. I was not getting the results i am use to in recent times. Then i would be unhappy with my own job. Maybe if you didn't know the people getting slated so personally. Then you would join us in being abit more judgemental rather than seeing the good all the time :eek: I like your thoughts.
