    I've just remembered another positive. I decided to use public transport and it all went perfectly (for me anyway).

    I arrived at the station at 17:13 and saw that the 17:12 train to Leeds was delayed by 4 mins, so I hadn't missed it. Then, when it arrived in Leeds, my next train was on the platform next to it and was due to set off the next minute. Absolutely zero waiting around :)
