Yeah the intention is to add many more sports and many more features, sports added in the next few weeks including Tennis, Horse & Dog racing.
Also in addition to more sports there are a few really cool features which I think everyone will like! Watch this space as they say. (And please spread the word about the app!)

Just purchased this app and looking good so far.

A couple of suggestions if you don't mind.

Registration - Would prefer signing in with a Google or Facebook account rather than setting up yet another account / password.

After registration and setting up your team(s), if you then quit the app you have to 'login' and enter your password again. Seems to be only for the first time though as subsequent launches you are automatically logged in. Even though there is no option to 'logout'.

I can understand why you need to collect some user details, but the register / login and lack of log out seems a bit errr.. 'Why'?

Like the idea of displaying the Event location Map. But could do with the event address or postcode so you could use on the sat nav. Or even 'directions' to plan a from and to route linking with google maps.

One last thing, which would probably require extra licensing, if an event was being shown live on TV, you could display what channel this was on etc.?

But first impressions are good and can see plenty of things you could expand on if sales rocket.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you like it so far. With regards your queries:
    1. If you don't 'log out then you should never have to log back in again. (I'll look into this issue for you.) There is an option to logout, its the bottom most entry underneath My Sports Preferences and My Teams (General Section)
    2. I only request registration details so you can log onto multiple devices (e.g. iPhone + iPad ) with your same user name and it keeps all your preferences and fav teams. Effectively you could make details up (I dont validate anything in registration) as long as you remembered your user id and password. Also if you forget your password you can re-set it easily if you registered with a genuine email address
    3. Event location map is on the horizon to provide directions (in a future release). Just put it in at the moment as a feature, check out some of the aerial shots of F1 tracks or Golf courses)
    4. I can already display TV listings within the App (Without further liscensing), I built the capability in however it is currently disabled awaiting a call from Sky, BT, Ch4 etc (I currently pay for that feed and would like a nominal fee from them to advertise their tv schedule) - Watch this space

The feedback and uptake so far as been amazing ... After only 3 days the App is currently #2 in the iPhone download charts (Sports) and has a 5* rating review. (Feel free to add another 5* review ;-))
There are numerous additions to come (Next 2 weeks Android) which I am sure everyone will love, and all at no additional cost!

Once again thanks for your feedback

A few more suggestions if you don't mind:

    1) Make Event Listings area bigger.

Once you select the calendar day, you get the list of events at the bottom. Although you can scroll through this list, it would be easier on the eye if you could swipe the list up to make the event listing area bigger, hiding the large calendar (not needed at this stage). Then swipe down again to re-display the calendar.

    2) Highlight Team Preference(s)
I've picked 'Barnsley' as my preference team. You've naturally ordered the list by event time then alphabetically, but it would be good if my preference team(s) were highlighted in some way. Maybe put a Star in the football icon next to the event.

    3) Ability to hide or display event sports preference categories. Similar to hiding and displaying google calendars.

For example: I've selected 'Football' and then both 'Championship' and 'Premier League' fixtures, but sometimes I only want to see that dates Championship games so hiding the other divisions would be cool. I'd imagine if i'd picked all four divisions it would be hard to find the fixture (or local rivals) I was looking for.

All suggestions always welcome. With regards these:
    1. I think I understand what you are asking but I presume you are looking at the calendar in month mode? If you switch to Week view you get a longer list visible? If you switch to day view then you get blocks. i.e. if you had Premiership, Championship, Div 1 & Div 2 selected they appear in the day view mode as a block. If you then click on a block (i.e Championship it opens with a full list of only championship games kicking off at that time?
With regards the day view I know this can visually be made better, its on the list of to do jobs.
    2. If you have selected Barnsley as your fav team then when you look at the calendar in month, week or day view you will see an 'eye' icon on the days Barnsley are playing. The eye is for quick visualisation of when your teams are in action, also on the listed view it shows an eye against the event to make it stand out (i.e. Nottm Forest v Barnsley 15:00 (Eye) . If you are wondering about the eye it was intended to represent you are "following"
    3. Hopefully the answer in point 1 above addresses the problem in selecting leagues within a sport ...In addition if you click on the grey filter icon in the top right corner you can filter your selections on and off. (If you just one Formula 1 and Barnsley in your filter for that day then just un-tick the rest.

Thanks again, really good feedback by the way, these will help in me providing tips on the MysportsDiary facebook page such as How to get Barnsley fixtures listed in 2 clicks: : https://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Sports-Diary/344984742294419?ref=stream&hc_location=stream
