I don’t understand some of the comments. Of course Luton would take him back. He’s twice done an outstanding job for them & has just made them millions. He’s left them with a really good squad as well.

You can’t keep holding the Stoke job against him. As if he wouldn’t learn lessons from that experience. Also, lots of decent managers have struggled at Stoke in recent years.

Look at Eddie Howe. Loads held the ‘failed at Burnley’ tag against him. He’s doing a great job at Newcastle.
