Why bring him on? Added zilch for me! A tired Hayes or Devaney would have been better. Baffled by his appearance!
He is MILES off the pace of the game AR talked about sending him out on loan to get some games (and hopefully improve his fitess). Presumably, we are not paying him any sizeable amount.
He was miles off the pace against the MK DOns and yet Ritchie still said he did really well there is positivity and there is positivity! ff
We have a 'wafer thin' first 11 and this is what is worrying me sick Who can come in and turn a game? No one, believe me, not after watching the Reserves in action against the MK Dons Today we had Nardiello on the bench and he almost did it as his strike went fizzing along the side of the post. but who else is there on the bench to make a difference? - be honest WHO? In my opinion there is no one. Please , I so desperately want us to stay in this League, Please sterengthen, so that at least, when injuries and suspensions bite ,as they inevitably will, at least we can compete on a level playing field
Glad we have such mature fans who put their side of a arguement across like a grown up, instead of getting offensive and not actually saying something worth reading.
RE: "Nardiello had two good chances he didn't even get on target" a think you mean alan minter not shearer
Balls What exactly did Ritchie do wrong yesterday? His team played very well despite being let down by one of their players. As long as morale is good and we keep showing battling qualities, then I will continue to back Ritchie. We seem to have very short memories, just look back over the last 5 or 6 years and remember the dross we hade to put up with, the overpaid poorly motivated players. Now we have a squad who will die for each other, something we would have given out left arm for a few years ago. Lets not unerestimate how important that is, and how many " more experienced" managers than Ritchie failed to produce such spirit in their teams. We need a couple of new players pretty soon, a striker and left back for me, then with a change of fortune the results will come. I was absolutely gutted at full time yestersay, but after a day to think about it, can take some positives out of this game. The main one being that Wednesday are almost certain to finish below us based on that performance. Keep the faith
RE: Balls Didn't say he did something wrong yesterday. I'm saying that it doesn't matter how well we play, we are simply not picking up enough points. Yes we have had a bad 6 years and things are better. But a manager lives on results which we are not getting.
So Then...... how long would you give Ritchie to turn things around considering most of his signings have been crap, we aren't picking up points, and tatics are a joke too often ?
you are totally wrong ofcourse but you know that don't you.
A change of manager?wtf, get a grip man.
What little money we might have you want to use it paying off the managers contract and hireing another probably unproven manager at this level , why?
Under Ritchie we have seen the best football for ten years and you want to change that and start again?...you've been playing fm too long buddy.
I would give him till at least the end of his contract, we just ain't going to get anyone better.

RE: So Then...... Dreamboy you really are a joke. How long have you been watching the reds? Because my guess is that it isn't very long. One of the reasons why this club went into decline was because of the constant chopping and changing managers. What this club needs at the moment is some stability and it appears that we are getting a bit of that for the first time in about 6 or 7 years. The reason why you get abuse is that you engage your fingers without putting your brain into any sort of gear. Personally I think its deliberate so you can play the pity me superiority argument over people who have much more experience, knowledge and passion for the reds than yourself.
