The company that run the catering and hospitality,always seem to be advertising for staff. My son worked for them last season,the rate of pay is ok and the hours long. Dealing with some supporters/customers can be a pain,not everyone is pleasant or polite. I agree yesterday's incident isn't good for customer service and the club will hope to resolve it by the next game. But if people don't apply for vacancies,they won't have enough staff.
Agree with this Gally seems such an easy thing to get right. Maybe investing in those things that pour 6 beers at once would help - could even change the price for someone buying 6 at once (to a round number so no change needed) which would speed things up
