    this is correct and then, probably several years later, even possibly via league 2, we will end up back in the championship. That is our level but football is cyclical long term, we have been down there before unfortunately it will probably happen again, especially with how football finances are at the moment but that won't last forever. For the time being Hill and Flitcroft are doing a cracking job and in the long term if we are financially secure in league 1 I would much prefer that to being at risk in the Championship.

    Not surprised.....a QPR fan at work said Warnock's position was precarious

    I feel sorry for him. I reckon they would have been OK this season, had he stayed.

    He'll be back in our league and taking someone else up, you watch.

    I'd have him here if we were without a manager!
