    I see your point - it does sometimes get a bit much.

    On the other hand, I think it's easy to sometimes forget that, even though we're a little club in the scheme of things, it's still a multi-million pound business, and quite often doesn't act as one. So leaving aside football matters, beer and pies should be available, high quality and the right temperature. The marketing should be up to scratch (I think it is). We should have plenty of shirts in stock a week before the season starts so that people can buy them ahead of the first game.

    Imagine if it were any other entertainment business - a cinema, or a bar, or music venue. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the club to reach, or even exceed, that level of service.

    I don't know how it could be improved I meant it more along the lines of there's always room for improvement but it's a hell of a lot better than it was.
