Well done mate.

I've worked at Ventura a couple of times over the years and in lots of call centres. You can have fun. You will meet lots of girls thats for sure. They give you quite a bit of training at Ventura which is a laugh, but you won't really learn until they put you on the phone. But at some call centres you get no training so Ventura is good with that. You also get a Next discount card!

Another good thing is that there is always an opportunity to progress. People are often leaving so if you stick around you can become a team leader or trainer or coach after a while.

On the down side, there is always a high turnover of staff which means the standard of service the customers receive is often poor and you will be left picking up the pieces. But after a few months it will be very easy for you.

One thing I have found with Ventura they do have a tendency to treat u like kids.

But all in all a decent place to work matey. Have fun!

 

yer mi bruva works ther, starts at around 4 ish finishes at around 8. it is decent pay just for answering phones, also, take advantage of the perks, mi bruva gets half price line rental perminantly (y)

There's no customers here (all online orders) so I'm in no danger of having to meet anyone like Julia Roberts.</p>
