Tried to, but kept getting tutted at by posh blokes with goattee beards and fat birds with 'equity' diaries which they 'casually' left open at every conceivable opportunity.

 

Just bought the shirt...

...for my lad's birthday and I've got to say I like it!

The red is really nice - its deeper in colour than last year and the quality of the shirt seems very good too.

Trouble is, its expensive though when you add it all up - £30 for the shirt, £16 for the shorts and £8 for the socks - then there is the name and numbering he wants which is another £7.50 - making it nearly £64. He's only 9 years old!

imho, kids football kits should be no more than 20 quid anyway from official clubshops.</p>

 

..........the old shirt from last year - at £15 a throw now - is much better value and far more stylish if you can live with having 'last seasons' fashion.

Its there yes but doesn't seem quite so noticable to me. Maybe I have got used to it being there now.
