What is this group, if its the barnsley one, it never shows for me, I think I must have been blocked, no idea why if so?

I felt flat after reading the team sheet yesterday. I know our options are limited, but I just wanted something different to raise expectations. What I got was the same team, same tactics and same substitutions. Could’ve stuck with Collins.

 

What we need is a Duff esque appointment and a seige mentality for the next three games.

 

I do hope before we appoint another unknown Austrian that we at least approached Warnock to take us on.
Who better to kick start us from our free fall and remind us that we are playing a team we were comfortably beating before committing tactical suicide which has landed us in a perpetual tailspin ever since?

Who better to shake our players awake, get under the skin of Bolton and make it us against the world, snarling in the dug-out and just being his horrible, combative brick top self?

Worth a try I would suggest, as would retaining his services whatever the outcome. Final gig at the club he played for all those years ago…

 

With the prize at stake I would hope the players can shake themselves up.

 

Agreed, only there is little sign of it.

 

Doing the basics like challenging for a long hopeful free kick dropped onto the edge of our box from 70 yards would be a start. Would love to be proved wrong but most of our players seem beyond lifting themselves right now no matter what’s at stake.
