New Shirts

My girlfriend bought me the home kit the other week and i wore the shirt once. It went into the washer and came out with 2 pulls on the shirt.
I took the shirt back and the person behind the counter said that she couldnt do antyhing as ther must b something in the washing machine that my shirt has pulled on. I said no there isnt as it was washed on it own and i havent had a problem with previous merchandise from the shop. She was huffing and puffing as they usually do (NOOO) (banghead) (furious) and she was adamant that there was no way to club were going to exchange the shirt. So i stated well that is not on and you dont pay 40quid for a shirt and only were the thing once do you. I stood my ground firm stated my point and she eventually backed down and exchanged the shirt for a new one. Mind you i was ourchasing the away shirt at the time so i think this may habe sawyed things in my direction. But if she hadnt have exchanged the shirt then i was going to trading standards the following day.
Look mate the be all and end all is if you aint happy with a product take it back stand your ground and demand either your money back or exchange the product like for like.
Good luck but if you dont get no joy then tell them you are going to tradig standards and you will get your way. Trsut me on this one.

 

also tell them you're going to the chronicle with a photo of the shirt

they'll be ripping it out of your hands in seconds and you'll have gordon complaining of being threatened AND having his trinkets photographed. it'd be a triple result
