    I think it's very fair. The wealthy don't give a toss about paying penalty charges in London of up to £130. it's small change to them like fining me 10p would be. The rich get away with enough as it is. Hit everyone where it hurts. Soak the rich to feed the poor.

    I'm saying it's unfair to get fined more because you put more effort into making your own way in a lot of cases.
    He's a colleague and not a mate as I find his attitude towards his situation disgraceful especially as he pisses the extra money on himself
    That particular bell end should be made to get up for work half an hour before he goes to bed and eat a handful of hot gravel
