RE: To pay for the kit !!!!

But didn't they have to pay for stewarding out of the money to be donated?

So it's as broad as it's long really!

So why are you against them sponsoring the new kit then??

    Just out of interest like....

I said I would not buy one if they were the sponsors, which is my personal choice to do so.

There are a few company names that I would not want to walk around with on my chest, their's is one of them.

    Not really....

They didn't have to do anything did they????

Like most of the other local companies that the Supporters club probably asked ....They could have just charged for the Stewarding and not donated anything...
Fact is, they knocked a lump off the Stewarding bill and the Supporters club paid for the kits with it... so the Doyle's wouldn't have got any tax relief...

Good for them, local company and all....

probably because P doyle was more intersted in asset stripping the club than actually 'saving' it...............................he made some good money out of it after putting little of his own money in, remember the sharks at tankersley that lent him the money????????

Sorry, why do I have to give a reason for saying I will not wear a shirt with their name on? I have my reasons and thats enough.

If, however, I was suggesting that other people shouldn't buy a shirt with their name on (which I have not done) then it would be reasonable to expect me to have to give a reason.

On the QUEENS GROUND ? Not just Ponte Road ?

I was told by person or persons at BMBC that BMBC would only allow developement at Oakwell whilst ever there was a football club there that would be 'sympathetic' or 'complementary' to sport/recreation etc. What have they applied for planning permission for ?

Please carry on.... Facts only, no hearsay though..

How can stuff go missing if he owned it... If i bought the club I could take the nets down and put em in my back garden if i wanted to...
