    The trouble is if the NHS was truly disbanded and we all had to go private the ******* wouldn't cut tax or NI payments.

    Well don't got to Florida...an old acquaintance of mine lived there for seven years....had an heart attack..it cost him all he had...750k...came back to blighty after that...for then NHS....lived about another 5 years..dead now..
