    RE: "FANS" LIKE DREAMBOY3000=RELEGATION

Never a positive thing to say about the club, its manager or its team

If the Club followed half the crap you and some of the others come out with, BFC would be playing in the Conference North

But you'd be happy then to be proved right

Any keeper at BFC with the current team in front of it would struggle - the team is unable to compete week in, week out with the money that other wealthier clubs can use - get real and get behind the lads

I am 100% behind the lads, always have been, always will be, but I am not gonna bury my head in the sand. Colgan had a poor game, made a couple of costly mistakes and giving Lucas a game should be considered. Surely that is the whole point in having a reserve goalkeeper. If the 1st choice is injured or out of form. Colgan is definitely out of form at the moment.

And you make a fair point - competition for any position would be good - not that we know much about Lucas since his "comeback"

However, some people on here are determined to make Colgan the scapegoat - Banks/Shilton/Clemence in their heyday would struggle with the amount of work they'd have to get through in some of our games this year.

Me main point is that all this negativity is crap - it just feeds on itself and gets everyone feeling bad about the team - just when they are going to need every bit of support we can muster

Amen to that. Couldn't agree more. I will always try and support the team no matter what and sing my heart out every week. There is a lot of negativity around the club but hopefully if we stay up that will start to disappear and SD can start next season from a clean slate. Dare I say even with all the fans behind him.

Having close to three quarters of the votes is pretty one sided. I hope Lucas gets his chance on Wednesday.

Lucas is no doubt out on the training field day in and day out, and as such compared with Clogan. ?? there is however something wrong with Colgan, he tried new gloves at the start of the match, then changed them after 10 mins or so, again started the 2nd half with the new gloves and again changed them, I think he might be having a confidence problem, he perhaps could do with a REST from the first team, tha last thing he needs is to think relegation is down to him, that is just stupid.
