Holy crap batman you can't say stuff like that! He has to be the last choice out of 150 on the list! As I've said elsewhere, his stats are far from overwhelming but I'd hope we'd learned our lesson from the disaster that was Morais whose cv was truly dreadful. If he is appointed let's just see how he does. He could even have been one of a list of people we wanted to interview and have got the job above everyone else on the strength of his interview. Last time I did interviewing that was sort of how the process was meant to work.
