    Well I for one do not see that as picking the team. What it means is that young player games are managed over the season in such a way as to to assist their pathway to the first team. I don't believe for one minute that the coach is told to play a certain player in a certain match.

    Not what was said, what was said was they were KPI that included wanting to see a certain amount of minutes in the first team. Sure it was last year as they were covered off in the cup games.
