I Can't See People Being Happy With A Prize Freeze If We Stay Up

Other clubs are knocking as much as 10% off in the current economic climate and paying 300 quid for yet another relegation scrap will put people off. If we had made progress since getting promoted the price would be fair. But we haven't.

    I'm not

I'm getting one whatever happens. I enjoy it too much to have even the slightest doubt.

    Hopefully They Will

It's important to try and tempt new fans and make the game more affordable for families.

Yours is worse you miserable old git.

You can't even remember how to spell it properly.

I love every minute of going to Oakwell, and I refuse to be infected by miserable negative moaning people who seem to delight in celebrating defeats. Not that you are one of them - obviously all of us on here know you are only joking :D

    You'll be getting one then

If we go down I really cant see us starting next season with the same manager

I am more concerned about the If we stay up and have Davey as manager group....

Not sure how big it really is - I suspect I will get one anyway just not go as often - bit like this season a few times when its been difficult for me to get I decided not to make the effort - if we were a joy to watch it would have been a bit different.

It's a terrible thought to think that the only way we'll get rid of Davey is if we go down. We stay up, we keep him and nothing will change (banghead) (banghead) (banghead) (banghead)
Please Mr Cryne get rid, i hope you surprise us and have something in the pipelines for next season

But they are a city team, and there's little or no competetion in terms of teams to support in the region.</p>

I do think we should be releasing next season's ticket info a bit sooner though

    I don't get it...

people moan that they don't know ticket prices, but to be fair they're going to be around the £300 mark. Also moaning that the club should allow you to pay in installments of £50 or whatever. Here's a crazy idea... now bare with me this may take some explaining...

Seeing as ST's are generally around the £300 mark, then how's about save £50 a month or whatever prior to ST's going on sale. And if you say you can't afford that, then how can you afford to pay £50 after? I know 6 months prior is just after christmas, but the 6months after is just before.

I reckon this would be the clubs stance... Not to offend it's supporters by thinking they can't figure this out for themselves...

I think you have hit the nail on the head. I have been saying the same. If you can't afford to save £50 a month then you can't afford a £50 a month payment to an instalment plan. So what is the point in offering one?
