I'm a mug, I mean season ticket holder, that has been to all home and away games this season, all pre-season matches and some reserve home and aways when work permits. Queued for over 8 hours today and not got a ticket. 5 hours into the queueing we were told tickets would be restricted view. At 7pm after we'd all frozen and thawed out again, they allowed us into the shop and were told by one kind hearted soul who works in the shop that we should be grateful for that. The attitudes of some of the staff at BFC - the nasty cow with the blonde hair in the ticket office especially - is disgusting. At one point, there was only one person working in the ticket office when there were still hundreds of people freezing outside. Loyalty? Wonder how many who got their tickets today are off to Plymouth?
season ticket holder for nearly 15 years 2 away games this season, rarely make away matches due to work to be honest, it requires taking too much time off work.

no ticket

And that's exactly why they don't give a **** because like the mugs we are we'll soak up **** like this and then go running back for more.
season ticket holder Games I Done Away Charlton Newcastle Leicester West Brom Coventry Sheffield Wednesday Sheffield United Scnuthorpe Southampton QPR Southend was gunna go plymouth but fu** that no more games away or hoem not putting ,my hand in my pocket again couldnt organise a piss up in a brewary
I really really think people like you should be at the head of the queue ..... what queue, you shouldn't even need to queue, you should be automatically entitled. You should also, in my opinion go for nothing for paying to see us against QPR and Coventry (I say those teams as we always lose to them). T.
Me too! Supported Barnsley for 30 years - season ticket holder for 15 years abd I feel let down. No possible way of getting a ticket and the season ticket has been a waste of time
Don't get me started ! Bloody travelling from Liverpool to Barnsley for 20 years and I get a ticket for a game around the corner!
Nope not going, and i don't deserve to as i don't attend many Games to be honest, but my grandsons and my daughter should be, but even so they wont be getting tickets....That's life....Its the ones that drag themselves all over the shop supporting the team who ain't got a ticket that i feel for....Bad vibes are all around, and its the club what'll feel the effect of all this, and IMO'' its fecking deserved, they've rubbed a lot of the faithfuls noses well and truly in the ****.... Bad bad bad....
not goin missed about3 games this season. Couldn't get to Oakwell today cos of college. Should have been 1 per season ticket 6,000 match tickets....6,000 season ticket holders..... errrr... surely 1 each. feckING *******, COMPLETE *******
Maybe so But I will still be going when the current marketing staff are long gone. My club is bigger than any staff, manager, board or players, who all come and go.
Me too. Not a st holder but not missed a home game this season. Even wasted my money going to Coventry with my lad. Money on shirts scarves etc etc.Oh yes I also have stubs for the Colchester game for what its worth!!

Not going - season ticket holder since 1983 except for 3 years at University. So that's 22 out of the last 25 bloody years. Centenary Society member since 1994 and have only missed 3 home games in the last 18 years. Average 10 away games per year perhaps although dropping as I get older and wiser. - this year been to both Dee Dahs, Scunny, Southend and other that I can't remember!. I could have paid my morgage off with what I've spent on the club in my adult life. First time EVER that I've been shafted in this way by the club - I already know of one person who's got a ticket for whom this will be the first game since Wembley 2000. I can't get over how bloody pissed off I am about the way the club has handled this. I'll be seriously considering whether to renew next season - what's the point when you get your loyalty thrown back in your face like this. Those that say I should have been in the queue completely miss the point that if I got a ticket someone else wouldn't and their support history would look like mine - it doesn't matter who the individuals are, the club has collectively shafted the STH's.
Not going. Basically because:- [1] I don't have a season ticket. [2] I haven't been to any away games this season. [3] I haven't been to any home games this season either. [4] I had better things to do than to spend all day freezing my ass off in the Oakwell car park, i.e. work. [5] We'll get hammered anyway.
Not got tickets.... Sent required items by post including vouchers from ST books (WCU's, ZCU's and mine) Away games (from Cumbria): Colchester Newcastle Morecambe (pre-season friendly) QPR Sheff U West Brom Coventry not a win amongst them!!! Maybe it is better I don't go!!! Personally, I hope we get a draw so we can go to the replay, even though midweek games, even at home, are difficult to get to and cause problems for the children sorting homework for school and can require me to take time off work. For us, 1 ticket per ST would have prevented us from going because it is half-term at the school and we take in a lad from Hong Kong who would have to come with us as he did to Cardiff and many other games. I am disappointed, I know the children will be... but I am not bitter and, on the bright side, I will now be able to get hold of the ticket office to get Alex a ticket for Saturday so we can at least go to that (I was concerned that the ticket office would be too busy to deal with such mundane issues!!!).
