Well, 2 weeks is better than nowt, but

I get a feeling you're going to kick yoursen.

 

Well 7 years ago i gave up for 3 months to lose weight

and by not eating crisps, sweets, cake etc and starting to run again i lost 3 stone in 3 months ( i felt overweight and my little girl was just 1 and i didnt want a heart attack, my cousins husand had just died from 1 at 40, same age, after that i went back on the beer but carried on running, the running began to mean more to me and i kept giving up for the odd month, 4 1/2 years ago i said i would give up bear (didnt drink anything else and never drank at home so quite easy) and also tea and coffee, not touched them since either, dont really know if i will ever drink again now although do miss the odd blow out
