RE: Tha gets about a bit thee. What's Warrington like ? That's the only place you've listed I haven't <strike>copped off in</strike> visited.
First day of trial, prosecutions version of events I'm sure we'll here something very difference next week and the truth is probably somehwehre in the middle
Warrington <hr />Ha ha... Stayed at the Village hotel - didn't see much of Warrington. Too busy in the gym/ pool/ spa <strike>fine tuning my body</strike> loafing about, and <strike>taking in the healthy cuisine </strike>stuffing myself on bar food and wine.
Reports suggest CCTV evidence is pretty conclusive! whats his defence... e.g. he ran into my fist? the guy called me names, then ran into my fist several times............ I don't see the court letting him off because he was provoked, all depends on who threw first punch etc will be interesting to see developments as they happen! thought it had all gone away...... how did they manage to delay case until now?
Southport is well posh ! nt Went out with a girl from Southport - she told me she lived next door to a football type person. Turned out to be Kenny Dalglish!
RE: "'punched victim with speed of a professional boxer" Perhaps it was comparing him to Richard Dunne!
Thats what the prosecution claim the cctv shows I don't know anymore than anyone else, whether it be the rumours, songs press reports or the CPS. But to judge someone based on the the open statements from the prosecution isn't very fair. There's two sides to every story and everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If he is he deserves his punishment. Most trials take a considerable period of time to come to court, so both sides can build their cases
RE: Never felt under threat in Liverpool city centre My point exactly. I feel more threatened in Barnsley!
RE: ALWAYS felt under threat in Liverpool city centre Was there most weekends for the 3 years my gf was at the Uni. Can't put my finger on why, i just always felt uneasy when we were out in the town centre. Never felt like that anywhere else, ever! Maybe my paranoia was playing up...
