Nottinghill Carnival looks good this year

Any crime, especially the violent or sexual ones are disgusting and cant be played down

Buttttt if you put the thousands of police in Oakwell (no idea how you'd fit them in but pretend you could) that they had at Notting hill and they were particularly over zealous then I reckon a lot more people would be arrested at one 90 minute match than at the festival.
Breathalyse everyone getting in a car after the match and you will be arresting dozens of not more people yet at a festival of millions they arrested just 3 people for drink driving.

Actually how did 3 people get arrested for drunk driving AT the carnival? I thought it was pedestrianised
