Whinge whinge whinge if you don't like the pay, look for another job, simple as that, nobodies forcing you to work for the NHS,or is it that you might actually have to work for a living if you go else where.
Ok, that's enough! If you're deliberately trying to wind people up, just for a laugh, why don't you stop. If you genuinely believe what you just said then there is only one conclusion - you are a complete moron!
Whatever Ian You come and do my job for 1 day then see if you really mean that... oh no of course you cant! You havent been CRBed, studied for 3 years as well as working on the wards. Studied part time for a degree whilst working and having little children to care for, worked 7 on 7 off 12 hr night shifts, have to be on a state register and complete a certain amount of education every year AND pay for the privilige of being able to work as a nurse. Course I'm bone idle me... ask my patients
Thought so! I bet you wonder why you bother sometimes don't you? I bet most people have NO IDEA that professional nurses have to pay every year to remain on the register. I don't suppose there is any objection to that in principle (being registered I mean) butI think it's scandalous that you can't recover that money from the employer. Anwyay we could go on about this ad infinitum and it won't do any good. You just have to go on being an "angel" don't you!
Whinge whinge whinge, change thi job or stop whinging, are the nurses the only ones that are allowed pay rises,I have'nt had one for 2 years, but I still bat on in my job.</p>
hate that term cos as you know there are times when we're dying to scream 'asshole' reyt in the minging face of some patient/relative/colleague/medic/manager etc.
