One here that's ducked under the radar in the 3 05 Silver Streak it beat Epatante by 61/2 lengths in December and was carrying 7lbs more at 25/1 looks a good each-way bet to me or a forecast with Honeysuckle who I think will win.
Only thing with that is that Metier recorded a better time figure that day than any Appreciate It has recorded - whether you go on Timeform or on Racing Post 'Topspeed' figures! And one is five times the price of the other!
Agree on Silver Streak. Only doubt I have is that it will have competition for the lead. It still has to give away the 7lbs mares allowance too. Very likeable horse though.
I put my free £5 bet on Aye Right in the 2.30. Just because it reminded me of @Bossman's Minority Report.
It's sectionals that I can't make sense of! But Phil Bull worked on his 'Racefigures' using hand-timed race stats before he fully devised the Timeform ratings with Dick Whitford. I've a copy of 'Best Horses of 1944' written by Bull, which series was the forerunner to the Timeform 'Racehorses' series. Some interesting racing history in there!

What a beautiful horse Honeysuckle is. William Hills offered 6/4 earlier in their happy hour. 11 wins from 11. She reminds me of the great mare Annie Power.
