I bet they didn't undervalue his property like they've done in Mexborough.....this makes my blood boil...the b****d's insist on only dealing with homeowners on an individual basis, no open collective bargaining or transparency, they put the pressure on people and when they finally crack and sign, Hs2 insist on a non disclosure agreement so they can't know what an identical neighbour has been paid...now the figures are filtering through the Land Registry we're finding virtually everyone has been undervalued with sometimes as much as 15k difference between identical homes just yards away.
