I got a pair from poundstretcher 3 years ago for 2.99
    They work perfectly
They're not the most up to date style, but they keep out the sun's glare

    £2.99!

:D I know, I nearly had a heart attack! They don’t sell much in my size on the high street so had to go Bravissimo for a bit of choice.

I'm sorry mate, I don't want to be antagonistic with a fellow red but I just don't get this post. On the one hand you seem to be saying: Am i a bit daft to spend so much on a pair of sunglasses? The answer is probably. A poster found similar ones at a third discount and I recently bought a pair of Rayban Wayfairers for £80 including prescription lenses so I'd be inclined to say you have overpaid for a niche brand. On the other hand if you are d!ck waving about having a load of money then you are also wrong and on two levels. As I have put on here previously I collect watches and am on a load of social media about watches. Believe me, I've met people with a £100k Patek phillipe or Breguet Grand Complication who post photos of themselves wearing a £500 Seiko and we all respect both equally. Believe it or not Bill Gates gets top kudos from watch geeks because he wears a Casio marlin (I bought one off Amazon for £45) on his third-world trips. Putin on the other hand has a custom-made £500k IWC and attracts nothing but bile. Enjoy your sunglasses mate ( I sincerely hope they give you much pleasure) but in a world of furlough and threatened jobs, please take a leave out of Bill Gates' book and show some class.

    Why oh why.
I understand paying extra for quality. But most of these supposed famous brands I’ve never heard of. If I go in TK MAXX. Look for a bargain. Most of the stuff I’ve still never heard of. And still too expensive. unless on the clearance rails. lol.
Never heard of OAKLEY barring PHIL.
Do they sell the stuff in Matalan. Or Boundary mills. :)
