    About 300 I think.
    You have about 4 hours either side of low tide so plenty of time. Loads of people were doing it.
    True, we paid £8600 to buy her last year and have spent about £2000 so far. The problem is that without keeping her in fettle, she's worth almost nowt....:(:(

    You'll be surprised at the value. Be worth more to you if you're getting plenty of use and enjoyment though.

    That's an interesting point...a management company, whoever they are, need permission to close a road...the last time I looked they needed to apply and give 28 days notice.
