    Perfect, cheers

Trying to work out what I'm best off aiming for, I'm half way between both Wembley and Heaton Park

I'm off for Wembley standings despite being nearer Heaton park. I really dislike Heaton park as a venue

Fair enough if you don’t rate them - but that is palpably untrue. Don’t believe the truth and heathen chemistry bear little to no resemblance to definitely maybe and morning glory whatsoever for example. They had songs written by Liam, Andy Bell and Gem Archer on too, not all Noel penned.

Be here now was a rehashing of songs that didn’t make the first two albums I agree - though I actually think all around the world and stand by me are excellent tracks. With memorable videos too - which in the nineties was essential.

Seen them twice, Sheff '97, Milton Keynes '05, was gonna try again but, definitely having second and third thoughts at £150+ a ticket. I think they're taking the pìss and I don't like having the pìss taken out of me by multimillionaires.

Gig prices in general have gone south since streaming took over.

You could sell 6 million albums 15 years ago and really cash in. Now you get about 40p for every 10 thousand streams.

    Got to make money somehow.

Its now becoming obvious that the major promo orgs have been waving big bucks at some older bands to reunite for the lucrative 2025 ‘tour’. Money talks.

The Smiths were asked and Marr ignored the offer to reform and tour according to Morrisey.. im sure there have been others. Sad.

btw i found my The Clash ticket priced at 3.50. A great story if anyone’s interested.

Can't beat the Marsden family. Legends in these parts really decent family. Known for turning down Rolling Stones to perform at their Johnnies nightclub as he'd only pay them 18 quid and Jagger wanted twenty.

Crikey those prices. I've just bought some tickets for the Test v India next year and thought they were expensive at £90 each. Whole days entertainment tho.

I remember the uproar with regards prices of Springsteen tickets, I paid £95 each for front standing at Wembley and Villa Park.

I personally don't think the pricing is that bad. Unpopular opinion maybe.

This the first Oasis gig in many a year which will be a massive event, that alone is worth a decent fee.

Plus each show starts early and they have lots of support acts that will be joining them, making it possibly a mini festival of sorts. Some of the acts rumored too are cracking bands that demand a big fee for tickets themselves. I saw Kasabian mentioned as one. Blossoms are another big act heavily rumored too, not really my thing but I know they have a big following.

Not a Springsteen fan but you definitely get value for money at his gigs
