My post was very much to do with his playing record to date plus question raised over his attendance at training. Providing they are eating/drinking in line with club stipulations then yeah, players are entitled to a private life.
I'd consider attendance in training to be a disciplinary matter. Not something fans should worry about. If there are issues there, the club will deal with it in the way they see fit. There's too much backseat management on here.
I didn’t raise the issue about attendance in the first instance and the daft thing is it’s only an hypothetical scenario anyway. It’s not even a storm in a teacup. In general though I do believe fans have right to express any concerns they may have over club discipline. Specifically regarding Obbi and his record l hope I’m wrong about him and he has a storming season but per my previous post I’m not holding my breath.
Flipping heck he's having a catch up with a mate and it's clearly allowed because if he was doing something he shouldn't be he wouldn't be outing himself by posting it on social media.
Glad somebody has seen him, thought he may have been another ghost signing in the mould of Kevin Dixon or Richard Kell.
The bigger issue for me isn't that he's out in London having a meal it's that he's out in London with a London property guy. Well it isn't an issue but it does have my brain going round and round trying to work out how a Belgian lad who's recently moved to Yorkshire even knows a London property guy.
He played for Watford for 4 years. I know he was out on loan for much of that, but I imagine he had a property in or around London. Wouldn't be surprised if he still has the property even.
Is he talking about Tom Rosenthal? Son of Ronny. He was a footballer himself as a youngster, played at Watford and Zulte. As did Obbi. Both represented Belgium at youth level. Maybe they’re friends and had a catch up? There was no training today. Another thread to file under bizarre.
It's quite reserved, actually. It has been known to slag players off based on an unsubstantiated rumor, that we may be looking at them. Now that's what I call getting in early.
Somehow I completely forgot that Oulare was at Watford for years. When I mentioned it it wasn't in any way to criticise him, I've just been wondering for the last 24 hours how a Belgian lad in Barnsley knows a Londoner which makes a lot of sense when you aren't thick and know he played down south

Well after reading this thread I must say Im disgusted that a BFC player gets involved in such antics. Just not acceptable. And if the press get hold of it imagine the headline in the Daily Mail...BARNSLEY FOOTBALLER SEEN EATING FOOD AND LOOKING AT HOUSES. It's disgraceful.
