He scored 10 goals in 1975/76 , 12 in 1976/77 . In Division 4 .

How many did he score in 1974/75 , 1977/78 & 1978/79 ? He was a worse striker than Kayode Odejayi and we signed him for a fee . Remember the original post to the thread ? Remember the questioned asked ? :-
"Can anyone think of a worse striker - one that we actually paid money for ?"
I named 13 players that meet the criteria . If you think different , then perhaps you ought to leave the Ponty End to us Morlocks & go sit with the Eloi in the East Stand .

Blimey , I'd forgotten all about him mate .

A winger that made Neil Warnock and Graham Felton look good .

    Anyway

You're mentioning player's names when you're too young to have seen them play .

    laiked against him....

when i was in my mid twenties and could still run around and play a bit. He was probably in his late 30's, I thought he was hopeless for the reds and would be having a nice steady shiftbut i couldn't get near him and he ran me ragged.

    no, odejaye is far better.......

he has got all the atributes but he just needs a rocket up his arse. i was impressed with him at the start, the last thing a defender would want is that big boy bearing down on them especially with the pace he has got. But,I watched him when Stan went off injured and mostto came on, I'm not sure if the look on his facewas contempt or disgust or "ballocks to it I ain't doing all the chasing on my own", but he's not done a single thing since. Looks idle and **** scared to be honest.

If Christiansen is fully fit on saturday I'll be surprised if odejaye is in the first 11.

    I agree with everything you've said .

Seems incapable of playing as a target man . But if he were to play alongside either Christensen or Ferenczi , then I think he'd be able to show what he's capable of again .
