    Different season, same Yorkshire in this form of the game. Pretty bad to get thrashed at home so easily by the bottom of the league. If Finch has another year averaging mid 20s for the money he's on, we won't want him back next year. Maxwell hasn't proved himself yet either.

    Thoroughly depressing afternoon all round. Seems to be a case of too many big name players and not enough team play at the moment. They were unlucky having to bat in such poor conditions but they gave away wickets far too cheaply. Northants had Shaid Alfridi as their big name and he was superb. Our lot looked like they just didn't want to play
