It's a murky law, according to a solicitor on BBC radio 2, when that girl sucked two dozen Willys in Magaluf, she said it's actually against the law to record anyone with out consent on private or public property, and unless you've informed people you're recording them its inadmissible in court, and warnings have to be a certain size and placed at a certain hight.(eye level) She also said that due to the influx of camera phones it's almost impossible to police, and police only really act if it's against women or children and recorded in a way as to be see as inappropriate, but the law against recording people dose exist, that's why people have been know to get away with crime even if they've been recorded doing

To be fair I think she was talking boll0cks (literally), in an attempt to somehow extricate herself from blowing 24 guys in a nightclub

It wasn't the girl being interviewed it was a solicitor, she also said that if police pull you for speeding and show you video evidence of you speeding, don't comment or admit it because 9/10 it's your admission that gets you convicted, because if the appropriate signage wasn't visible the video evidence would be inadmissible but once you admit it they don't use the video as evidence because you plead guilty thinking you're bang to rights when really that might not be the case that's why you got signs telling you about speed cameras

Just remind me that if you are ever the victim of a crime and I see something, not to report it.

In support of that. A bloke across from us was told to reposition his video camera because it was trained on the street too much instead of focussing on his drive.

Female sparrow hawk is much larger than the male so it's usually the female that can take out something as large a a pigeon,.
the male usually can only catch smaller prey

Not true, its not illegal to film in a public place. This is a classic:-

What section is it an offence under?

    Coppers: errrr.....

If you are filming from a public vantage point I think it's legal. If you wanted to broadcast the filming you'd need the consent of the data subjects, or redact their faces, I think you can even get around that by arguing they are merely incidental to the focus.

It is also admissible in court if a crime is being committed.

    I think.
